About Us

On May 30, 1868 Hamilton Baptist Church was organized at the home of Reverend B. Whitely.  It was first named "The Baptist Church of Hamilton, Missouri," and Reverend B. Whitely was called as its first pastor.  In 1869 the church was admitted to the North Liberty Baptist Association and now we are a member of the Heartland Baptist Association.

As a Cooperative Baptist church we realize the need for emphasis on fellowship, ministry, missions, worship and discipleship.

Our church is steep in history and since the beginning we have had many pastors and our share of ups and downs but we have always remained steadfast and committed to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We believe that we have spot for you and your family in our congregation.  Please surf our website and find out more about Hamilton Baptist Church.  Better yet, come and visit us some Sunday morning.
